Homework?!? What's Coach Michael Thinking!?!

Coach Michael has given all swimmers a homework assignment! What?!? That's right . . . every swimmer was asked to do a You Tube search for a swimming clip relevant to their swimming. The idea is that each swimmer studies a good swimmer, gets a mental image of what they want to look like, then come to the pool and look like the video. So far only a handful of video clips have been submitted but that number will grow soon. Coach Michael will try to get each video posted here on the website. Don't forget to give a short narrative of what you learned and why you chose the clip.

From Kalla Sturonas . . . "This is a video of Bonnie Brandon at olympic trials and she was only 14, I thought it showed great pacing since she wasn't leading a majority of the time. She also had a strong kick that's worth imitating and the fact that she's younger than me, motivated me to emulate her stroke."
