All swimmers are reminded that team suits, caps, t-shirts and Winning In The Water" are required for all LFSC competition.

The Distance Duck Meet has 3 events: the 200 Free, 400 Free and the 1500 Free as below:

  200 Free   Mighty Ducks squad

  400 Free   Yellow and Green squads

1500 Free   Bronze squad

Swimmers with a previous best in the 400 Free (meters) of 7:00 also swim the 1500 Free!

Check the entry list posted at LFA if you are unsure of what you are entered in.

• Warm-up

The current Warm-up schedule is listed below. This may change after all entries are received and checked.

1500      Check-in and Warm-up at 9:00am

  200      Check-in and Warm-up at 10:30am

  400      Check-in and Warm-up at 10:30am

We will start the meet as soon as we have all swimmers checked in, warmed up and seeded.

• Timing - we will need parent volunteer timers for the meet.
