High Elbow Freestyle Pull

Senior and Bronze squad swimmers have started the season working on proper elbow and arm position in freestyle. This video from The Race Club, narrated by 1968, '72 and '76 Olympic swimmer Gary Hall, Sr, shows how to get the right elbow position.

(Some advertising at the start of the video with some pop-up ads you can close during play.)

Check it out and start your season with better freestyle!
