    Coaches . . . don't miss the 2010 edition of the World Swimming Coaches Association Gold Medal Clinic held in conjuction with the annunal ASCA World Clinic. The WSCA Gold Medal Clinic features a very special line-up of coaches, all who coached medallists at the 2008 Olympic Games.

    Wisconsin SwimFest, July 2-3, 2010

    Reservations for the upcoming Wisconsin SwimFest are open beginning today. Forms and other files are available on the event page under "News" and in the "Download Files" section. Reserve your entry into the meet by completing the Reservation Form today.

    The Lakeview RecPlex is a brand new 10-lane 50 meter facility slated to open on June 1st. We are proud and excited to host one of the first competitions in the facility. The 2010 Central Zone Championships are scheduled for the RecPlex and this is your opportunity to race in the finest aquatic facility in the area!

    Long Course Season 2010 Registration Open

    Registration forms and information are now available on our new "Membership and Joining" page (under MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION). We are still bulding out the page daily as we nail down additional details.

    To register please visit the site and complete Form A - Family Information, Form B, C, G or H - Swimmer Information, and Form E - Meet Schedule. Additional forms for our Payment Plan and Meet Schedule Changes are also available.

    The Practice Schedule will be posted this week and squad rosters will be posted on March 15th.

    SwimFest Meet Update - Feb 25, 2010

    The LFSC Wisconsin SwimFest Meet is on the calendar! The meet will be one of the first held at the new state-of-the-art Lakeview RecPlex Aquatic Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Mark your calendar for July 2-3 and head for the RecPlex.

    The SwimFest features a unique 3-session format with events for 8&under, 9/10, 11/12 and Sr swimmers. Warm-up on Friday (11/12 and Sr) opens at 2:00pm with the first event making a splash at 3:00pm. Saturday sessions are scheduled for warm-up at 7:00am (8&under, Sr) and 1:00pm (9/10 and 11/12).

    Meet information and the Wisconsin Swimming Reservation form are available on the "Wisconsin SwimFest News" page and from the "Download" section.

    NEW Program Announcement!

    LFSC Club High School Prep Program

    Improve technical skills, fitness, and strength for your next high school season in the Lake Forest Swim Club High School Prep Group. Our newest program is ideal for Varsity, Jr. Varsity, multi-sport, and Middle School (8th grade) athletes.

    Competition is not required but is available for interested swimmers. You can register online beginning February 22nd or by calling 847 295 8343 today. LFSC features the highest value/lowest cost Sr program in Lake County; annual USA Swimming registration ($65/annual) is required for all participants.

    Your greatest high school season ever is just a few months away. Be your best, train with the best!

    Program Dates:             May 10 – July 22          Lake Forest College
