LFSC High School Prep Program

Your best high school swimming season starts with your best preparation. Improve technical skills, increase fitness, and build strength for your next high school season in our High School Prep Squad. The High School Prep squad is the perfect place to get that pre-season jump start or to maintain year-round fitness. Swimmers from throughout Lake County know that they can count on LFSC to give them the skills and fitness that could lead to their best season ever.

The High School Prep squad schedule is based in the traditional Illinois High School seasons. We encourage 8th graders to take advantage of our Annual Membership plan as this offers continuous training through traditional Nov-Dec high school training breaks.

Your greatest high school season ever is just a few months away. Be your best, train with the best!

Session 1:   Sep 19 - Nov 19     M/T/Th   Weight Room 5:00-6:10pm   Pool 6:20-7:35pm

Session 2:   Dec   5 - Feb 18     M/T/Th   Weight Room 5:00-6:10pm   Pool 6:20-7:35pm

Session 3:  May - July 2012     Dates and practice session schedule To Be Finalized (Spring 2012)

Membership Fee:   $ 375/session  plus   USA Swimming/Insurance fee ($65)
