This is a very difficult skill with very high risk of being DQ'ed, especially during the learning phase. We do not teach this skill to swimmers below the Bronze Squad level as the risk/reward factor is negligible for age group swimmers. If you try this skill be sure to talk to your squad coach for additional advice.</h3>
