The next LFSC hosted meet is the the 2012 SwimFest, June 16-17, at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex.

All families with swimmers participating in the meet are need to help with meet operations.

Rising Star Technical Clinic, Spring 2010

Registration is open for our spring Rising Star Technical Clinic series. Get a tune up on your stroke skills before summer starting in this clinic series. Our clinics feature instruction from US National Team coaches and in water assistance from National championship competitiors. Whether you are an experienced swimmer looking for a tune-up or novice swimmer needing to shore up fundamental skills this is the clinic for you.

Clinic schedule:

  • April   6, 4:30 - 5:45pm - Freestyle Clinic
  • April   8, 4:30 - 5:45pm - Breaststroke Clinic
  • April 13, 4:30 - 5:45pm - Butterfly Clinic
  • April 15, 4:30 - 5:45pm - Backstroke Clinic
  • All classes held at the Lake Forest College Sports Center pool (check-in at 4:15pm)
  • $30/clinic session or $100 when you sign-up for all sessions
