"I Was Robbed!!!"

In a baffling decision from the judges, awards for the Outstanding Costume at the Monster Mash Meet did not include Coach Mo. Ardent supporters lobbied the judges for a re-count but to no avail.
Then to add insult to undeserved injury the judges forced Coach Mo to hand out prizes to the disputed winners.
Longtime observers and swim meet aficionados at swimlfsc.org think Coach Mo should have won the Monster Mash Costume Contest . . . yes, she was robbed!
Her only recourse seems to be an even better costume next year. Judges, beware!

The 2011 edition of the Monster Mash is now history. Thank you to all of the teimers and officials. Here's a special shout out to Bob Edwards (Meet Referee), Dave Holecek (new Meet Director) and Lauren Jacobs (Volunteer Coordinator) for their efforts to present a great event.
Mark your calendar for October 28-29, 2012, for the 2012 Monster Mash and January 7-8, 2012, for the LFSC Windy City Open Meet at UIC.

All teams are requested to assist with timing by providing 2 timers throughout the meet, a timing grid will be posted at meet admissions and on deck. Timers receive complimentary admission to the meet.
