All swimmers are reminded that team suits, caps, t-shirts and Winning In The Water" are required for all LFSC competition.

College facilities are sometimes more difficult to find your way around. Be sure to allow enough time to get from the parking structure to the pool.
Swimmers may enter up to four individual events each day.

The current Warm-up schedule is listed below. This may change after all entries are received by the host. Please check back regularly, especially just prior to the meet; it is not uncommon to get last minute information from meet hosts!

Positive check-in is required for the 400 IM and 500 free. The check-in area is typically VERY crowded . . . be sure to allow enough time to check-in, change, settle in to the team area and report to warm-up on time.
Parking at the University is according to the map provided. A parking fee will be collected on Sat, Feb 13; parking on Sun, Feb 14 is free.
