<li>Positive Check-in is required for the following events: 500 free, 1000 free, 1650 free and 400 IM. These events may be heat limited at the meet.</li>

<li>Be sure to arrive in plenty of time to check-in, change and report to the team area for warm-up.</li>

Our team has been asked to provide timers at 4 of the 5 sessions this weekend. To facilitate this an online sign up form is now available using the link below. Please sign up and take your turn behind the blocks . . . if we all take a turn, no one will be stuck there for an entire session.

Remember, the view is always better from the deck!
