<li>All teams may been assigned a lane timing assignment during the meet. Please be sure to take a turn behind the blocks.</li>

<ul>
<li>Positive Check-in is required for the following events: 500 free, 1000 free, 1650 free and 400 IM. These events may be heat limited at the meet.</li>
<li>All other events will be pre-seeded</li>
<li>All 8 & under events will be staged in a Bull Pen.</li>
<li>Be sure to arrive in plenty of time to check-in, change and report to the team area for warm-up.</li>
<li>Fri              4:10pm     400 IM, 10 & under and 11/12 200 IM, 1000 free</li>
<li>Sat/Sun       6:40am    10 & under and 11/12 age groups</li>

Regionals A Great Meet For LFSC!

ISI Regional Championship Meet Follow-Up

Congratulations to all of our swimmers for a very successful Regional Championship Meet last weekend. Every swimmer recorded new Best Times and three swimmers posted new State Championship times.

Caps and goggles off to Pat King (Sr Champs cut, 200 fly), Colin Kingsley (JO cut, 200 free) and Mark Holzer (JO cut in 50 free, 200 IM and 50 fly).
