• Warm-up -- Warm-up will open at 8:00am. Warm-up for LFSC swimmers is 7:40am.

• Timing -- Timing assistance will be needed from all teams.  

• Event Limitations --     Swimmers may enter and compete in up to 4 individual events. Certain events are limited to a maximum nuber oif entries per team.

• Psyche Sheets -- Heat sheets will be posted on deck at the meet.
