Coach Michael is at meetings for the International Relations Committee and USA Swimming Board of Directors. Practice on Thursday has been moved to Lake Forest College, 6:20-8:20pm, on Thursday.

Lake Forest Academy has a home swim meet tonight. All practices and classes at LFA are scheduled to start at 6:00pm tonight.

Holiday Break Practice Schedule

Our Holiday Break practice schedule is in full swimng starting tomorrow morning, Dec 19th. Be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss any opportunities to get better. During the Holiday Break period the college is not in session making it very important that you are on time for practice.

LFAcademy is doing some maintenance during their holiday break and all classes and practices have been moved to LFCollege. Check the schedule on the Calendar page. The holiday schedule is also posted.

Be sure to check your practice schedule on the Google Calendar (right side of the HomePage). Lake Forest Academy is doing some facility work during their Holiday Break which requires us to move all practices from LFA to Lake Forest College.

We will start this revised schedule on Thursday this week.
