All swimmers are reminded that team suits, caps, t-shirts and Winning In The Water" are required for all LFSC competition.
This is a modified prelim/final meet with special time standards. Swimmers may enter up to seven individual events for the meet. Swimmers are limited to three individual events on Saturday. Swimmers who fail to achieve the qualifying standard must prove previous performance or pay a $100 fine.

The current warm-up schedule is listed below. This schedule may be modified prior to ro during the meet:
Feb 5 4:15pm 11 & older Timed Final events
Feb 6 6:40am 13 & older Prelim heats
11:30am 12 & under Prelim heats
4:40pm 9 & older Final heats
Feb 7 7:40am 12 & under Timed Final events
11:30am 13 & older Timed Final events
Warm-up at this meet is typically VERY crowded . . . be sure to allow enough time to check-in, change, settle in to the team area and report to warm-up on time.
