  • Psyche Sheets -- psyche sheet will be available online. Download and print a copy prior to the meet; these will not be available at the meet. You can also view a psyche sheet on Live Results.
  • Heat Sheets -- Heat Sheets will be available at the meet ($3.00).
  • Timing Assignments -- All teams are asked to assist us with timing responsibilities. Your kind assistance is appreciated by LFSC and all swimmers.
  • Warm-up -- Warm-up lanes will not be assigned. Please share the pool with your fellow competitiors. Larger teams are asked to consider splitting your team's warmup time to ensure adequate warm-up lanes for smaller teams.

Sat -- Warm-up 8:00am/Start 9:00am   //   Warm-up 12:30pm/Start 1:30pm

  • Heat Limitations -- No heat limitations will be necessary this year.
  • Officials -- Volunteer officials are always need at swim meets! Contact Bob Edwards, Meet Referee, to volunteer to serve as an official . . . bedwardsii@comcast.net or Phone: 847-436-3712 or 847-436-3712 . Forgot to contact Bob? . . .  simply bring your fanciest Officiating garb to the meet and volunteer on the spot.
